Dear Sir,
I am from Jakarta, Indonesia, need for your help for some information.
I usually watch PTC punjabi channel on Insat 2E as FTA. But, from last week I could not watch it anymore. I can hear the audio voice but there is no picture. The frequency is 3815 and SR is 6000.
Would you please help me how to get the channel again .

Sorry Brother Rajinder,
Actually PTC Punjabi is turned as MPEG 4 format thats why you are not receiving this channel . Only Audio is coming. If you update your Set Top Box compatible with mpeg 4 then you can get it as free from your current Location. Right now PTC Punjabi, PTC Chakde & PTC News available from this TP in MPEG 4 format. PTC Punjabi also available from Insat 4B Ku Band. But I think from your location you cant get signal of it

I want to have your DTH service and want to watch maximum number of free to air BENGALI language (INDIAN, BANGLADESHI) channel and other free to air international channel.Please tell me where we will collect all necessary equipments & how we will install.I am from SHIBPUR,HOWRAH-4.If possible give your contact number for immidiate contact.
